ALLIANT SMALL BUSINESS

Alliant Small Business (ASB) is a GSA GWAC that is a faster alternative to time-consuming and costly full and open competitions. It offers a robust scope aligned with the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture (DoDEA), access to a full range of comprehensive IT services and IT services-based solutions, flexibility as emerging technologies and the definition of information technology evolve, a full spectrum of contract types, including cost reimbursement, and worldwide coverage.

AMCOM EXPRESS

The Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Program provides operational efficiencies and improved mission readiness with overall value and flexibility to acquisitions for its customers and end-user organizations. Through our suite of Blanket Purchase Agreements and four Domains: Business and Analytical, Logistics, Programmatic and Technical, comprehensive advisory and assistance services are readily available for Team Redstone.

SETAC

The Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance Contract (SETAC) is a task order contract with firm fixed price for labor categories. The contract can be used to support the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/U.S. Army Forces Strategic Command (USASMDC/ARSTRAT), the PEO Missiles and Space, DA and other government organizations performing work related to a number of major functional areas. The contract allows preparation of studies, concept definitions, documentation support, independent analyses, simulations, technological assessments and other related tasks in the areas of systems definition, experiments, technology demonstrations, systems development, and production. The contract allows the contractor to analyze, critique, and asses the adequacy, timeliness and cost effectiveness of work performed by other contractors. The major functional areas called out in the contract are: Requirements Definition, Integration, and Planning; Technology Development, System Development, Assessment, and Validation; Threat Estimation/Projections; Weapons Lethality and Effects Estimation; Modeling, Simulation, and Interfacing; Program/Project Analysis, Evaluation, Experimentation, and Support; Production and Fielding Support; Homeland Defense and Homeland Security; Warfighter Support; and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear.

OASIS

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract from GSA that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services that span many areas of expertise and mission spaces, span multiple professional service disciplines, allow flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level, and allow ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level. OASIS core disciplines include: Program management services, Management consulting services, Logistics services, Engineering services, Scientific services, and Financial services.

SEAPORT-E

SeaPort-e ® is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-e ® IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e ® portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e ® platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract-holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e ® approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation's engine of job growth

NETCENTS-II

Network-Centric Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2) is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract that provides the Air Force, the Department of Defense, and other federal agencies with a single vehicle through which to buy network-centric information technologies, networking equipment, and services, as well as voice, video, and data communications hardware and software.
